Most churches have a genuine care for their pastor, and they want to provide needed financial support for them. Still, the building and other expenses take a sizable amount of the budget-making compensation difficult. Even though the church’s most important asset is pastoral leadership, a compensation package for the pastor is viewed as an expense; but Instead, it should be seen as an investment in the church ministry. Due to the economic challenges in most regions, it has become difficult for the congregation to afford fair compensation for it’s pastor.
This program is in place to offer financial support to the pastor to assist him and allow him to focus on the ministry.
