The Mobilizer
Seeks to achieve ministry that touches the whole person.
An Opportunity To Serve
God has blessed me with an extraordinary opportunity to work as a Bishop serving Boundless Ministries Inc. One of my responsibilities is to oversee the ministry development of seven young churches in Uganda, these churches are currently in various stages of growth and require at least one annual visit per year. The plan is to travel to Uganda between August 9th through August 19th, 2019 to have a time of fellowship and training and to give me an opportunity to become familiar with the Boundless Ministries and Churches in that region.

Pastor Smith accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior on April 21, 1985. He soon became the Minister over Youth and Evangelism at Southern Baptist Church in Washington DC and served there for seven years. Pastor Smith then transferred his membership to Church of the Great Commission in Camp Springs MD., where he became a Ruling Elder and the Associate Pastor to Youth and Young Adults. Pastor Smith served there for 8 years overseeing many large and diverse ministries. Pastor Smith has also been very active in the mission’s field and has ministered in various countries such as Bahamas, South America, United Kingdom, and East Africa.
After a time of prayer, he received a call from God to plant a new church in Bowie MD. and held the First Service Celebration of Holy House Community Church on January 30, 2000, at the Perrywood Elementary School in Bowie MD. He served there for over 10 years before merging with Bishop David Perrin to plant Christ Kingdom Church. Pastor Smith now serves as the Nurture Pastor of Christ Kingdom Church and flows out of the pastoral call on his life and has a deeply rooted concern for the lives of all people.
It is his belief that if people would allow the Lord to have His rightful place in their lives, they could change the world. The Lord uses him strongly in the area of teaching and counseling. He seeks to achieve ministry that touches the whole person. Pastor Smith has been happily married to Karen Denise Smith and from their marriage, they have two lovely daughters, Tiffany Gennell Smith, and Vonda Leia Davis. He also has two beautiful granddaughters that are also the love of his life.
God has blessed Pastor Smith with an extraordinary opportunity to work as a Bishop serving Boundless Ministries Inc. He still oversees the nurture Ministry of Christ Kingdom Church but also has the responsibility of overseeing the ministry development of seven young churches in Uganda, these churches are currently in various stages of growth and require at least one annual visit per year.

Communications
My belief is that communication is the best way to create strong relationships, This is a lesson I am still learning. Boundless Ministry distribution of smartphone to our Pastors in Africa to improve communication and access to each other and the US.
