Advancing the Kingdom by force, Bishop David T. P. Perrin continues to destroy the works of the devil with a triad of ministry styles: dramatic illustrations, prophetic insight, and eye-opening simplicity.

Marked by his candid expression of speech, Bishop David Perrin addresses life’s most basic concerns with precision. Often using his life as an open book, Bishop Perrin’s refreshing transparency, coupled with his love for people, has helped piece together broken marriages, rescued young men from the streets and set thousands of lives on course, all over the world. Formally trained in the arts, Bishop Perrin continues to provide meaningful ministry by bringing his refreshing style into the pulpit.

Bishop Perrin accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior in September 1973 and has been committed to the ministry ever since. Over the course of his ministry, he has been privileged to serve as chaplain for Tom Skinner Associates at Howard University and to pastor two churches: Friendship Baptist Church, Corning, New York and Church of the Great Commission, Camp Springs, Maryland. Presently, he is the senior pastor of Christ Kingdom Church in District Heights, MD. In addition, he has planted churches in the United States and abroad and serves as a pastor to pastors.

In 1999, Bishop Perrin organized Boundless Ministries, Inc. (formally known as Great Commission Global Ministries), a ministry committed to “networking, equipping and mobilizing all people, but especially African Americans for ministry to the world”.

Bishop Perrin is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University (BFA); Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (MTS); and has done Doctoral Studies at Howard University’s School of Communications completing all requirements except dissertation (ABD).

He is married to the former Allethia Yvonne Campbell. Mrs. Perrin is originally from Danville, Virginia. Bishop and Mrs. Perrin effectively minister together at conferences, workshops and worship services in the United States and around the world. They have three children by his late wife, Elizabeth A. Perrin.

With an ever-increasing desire for understanding the ways of God, Bishop Perrin’s teaching helps to expand our modern day perceptions and interpretations of God’s word. He is a profound preacher/teacher who seeks to win souls, make disciples and advance the Kingdom of God.
