Bishop David Perrin
Founder and Visionary
Bishop David Perrin is a visionary leader, Kingdom builder, and compassionate communicator of the gospel of Jesus Christ. He accepted the call to ministry in 1974 and has been an active mission mobilizer over 40 years. He is blessed to have his lovely wife of 22 years Allethia Perrin by his side praying, working and encouraging him in a most graceful manner. While globally his ministry has helped to plant hundreds of churches.
In 1998 he founded Great Commission Global Ministries, Inc. (GCGM) renamed Boundless Ministries, Inc. (BMI). Under his leadership BMI has established several major year round projects:

2012 The National African American Mission Council (NAAMC): committed to networking, equipping and mobilizing African Americans for the world mission.

2016 The Orphan School Children’s Foundation raises monies to feed, house, educate, cloth children that are less fortunate, human trafficking, and etc.

2017 The International Mission Conference (IMC) helping nations equip leaders for a cross-cultural mission mandate.

2018 Coalition of East African Pastors; a discipleship movement to unite.

Bishop Perrin’s has a simplistic eye-opening ministry style mixed with how he addresses life’s most basic concerns from a Biblical perspective, along with refreshing transparency have helped to piece together broken marriages, rescue young men from the streets and set thousands of lives on course.
